Account Executive

NSTY Holding Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia's leading global ENDS brands present in is expanding its Commercial Finance team. We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our Group Finance team. The role suits a hands-on individual contributor who thrives on complexity, takes full ownership of their books, and is energised by working across multiple business entities.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the full set of accounts across selected group entities, including:

• Daily transaction processing (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)

• Month-end and year-end closing

• Intercompany transactions and cash flow monitoring

• Preparation of management reports and financial statements

• Liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and SST submissions

• Supporting Finance Manager on group consolidation and ad-hoc projects

WHO YOU ARE

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of full set accounts experience

• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Autocount, SQL Accounting, or similar)

• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

• Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean-team environment

• Prior exposure to F&B, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is an advantage
