We’re partnered with a Series A AI startup building infrastructure for enterprise customer interaction and communication workflows. Their platform combines real-time AI systems, orchestration layers, and adaptive conversational technology to help large organizations automate and scale high-touch interactions.

The company has already established strong early enterprise traction and is now expanding the engineering team after a recent funding round led by well-known investors in the AI and infrastructure space.

The Role

This is a high-ownership engineering role working directly alongside the founders and early team to build core product and infrastructure systems from the ground up.

Engineers here work across:

• Real-time distributed systems
• LLM-powered workflows and orchestration
• AI reliability, latency, and evaluation infrastructure
• Product development across backend + frontend systems
• Scalable APIs and internal platform tooling

Tech Stack

• TypeScript / React
• Python
• Cloud infrastructure + distributed systems
• Modern AI / LLM tooling

• Experience building and shipping production software
