Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will develop and customize RSA Archer IRM solutions by designing workflows, managing access controls, and delivering scalable risk and compliance applications aligned with business needs.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities Include

• Develop and customize RSA Archer IRM solutions to meet business requirements, including building new modules and enhancing existing applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain Archer applications such as workflows, data feeds, dashboards, and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Archer platform.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and access control while ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while integrating Archer with other enterprise systems.
• Support risk, compliance, and governance initiatives by implementing control assessments, reporting solutions, and workflow optimizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in RSA Archer IRM development and enterprise GRC solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in developing and customizing Archer applications, including workflows, data feeds, and access controls.
• Proven experience in implementing risk, compliance, and governance solutions with knowledge of Archer core modules and enterprise integrations.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
