Ford Medical, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial-spirited and relationship-focused Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This full-time role reports directly to the Medical Sales Support Manager and plays a critical part in expanding our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for confident self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by building connections and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify prospective customers and decision makers through networking, lead generation, and outreach efforts
· Contact new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate medical supply solutions
· Manage inbound and outbound phone and email client communication and address questions regarding products and availability
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales agreements to successfully close deals
· Track client sales performance to ensure profitability
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement
· Maintain accurate contact lists and track customer interactions to support account growth
· Leverage creative thinking to optimize sales and expand access to the customer’s formulary
· Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
· Travel as needed to meet clients and support business development efforts
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
· Proven ability to generate leads, manage accounts, and close sales
· Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently while contributing to team environment
· Familiarity with medical supply products or healthcare industry experience is preferred
· Experience with programs such as Sellercloud, PowerBI, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Excel are a plus
