- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in the retail industry and product knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions, specifically Google Shopping and YouTube.
- Ability to develop joint business plans, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and execution skills, coupled with the ability to promote creative technologies and influence clients and organizations.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships, delivering narratives that align Google’s ecosystem with the customer's goals for the future of retail. Flex and navigate issues and client dynamics.
- Own the customer relationship, driving joint business plans, high-impact presentations, and sustainable business growth.
- Design and present data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business goals.
- Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
- Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and demonstrated success to expand the partnership.
