We’re looking for a hands-on, creative marketing leader to drive growth across our portfolio. This role is all about connecting big-picture brand strategy with real-world execution—building programs that show up on shelves, behind bars, and across channels.



About the Role

This role is focused on developing and executing integrated brand and trade marketing programs.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and trade marketing programs
  • Turn brand strategy into impactful, retail-ready initiatives across on- and off-premise channels
  • Create scalable programs including in-store merchandising, POS, digital campaigns, and experiential activations
  • Build marketing assets like brand toolkits, campaign guidelines, and sales support materials
  • Partner closely with sales, distributors, and agencies to bring programs to life
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns (Summer, Holiday, etc.)
  • Use data (Nielsen, IRI) to track performance and optimize results


Qualifications



  • 4+ years of experience in brand, trade, or shopper marketing (beverage alcohol or CPG preferred)


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (on- and off-premise)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs from concept to launch
  • Experience working with data and translating insights into action
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
