Senior Full Stack Engineer React - AI-Augmented Engineering

Job Description

As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with a React‑first focus, you will help clients design and build enterprise‑grade digital solutions using modern engineering practices and AI‑assisted development tools.

This role is centered on strong frontend ownership with React, while working closely with backend systems primarily built in .NET (C#). Experience with Node.js or Java is also welcome, as long as you are deeply solid in React and comfortable applying AI‑augmented engineering practices in real production environments.

You will use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Windsurf to accelerate development responsibly—maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and long‑term maintainability.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer working on production systems.
• Strong, hands‑on expertise in React (JavaScript/TypeScript) as your primary frontend framework.
• Professional backend experience using .NET (C#), Node.js, or Java in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience designing and integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, system design, and scalable architectures.
• Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf) with a clear understanding of their limitations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to critically review AI‑generated code, write effective prompts, and prevent low‑quality or insecure outcomes.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, testing strategies, and enterprise code quality standards.

• Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, prompt engineering, and guardrails for code generation.
• Experience building cloud‑native, modular, or microservices‑based architectures.
• Experience with scalable frontend architectures such as design systems or micro‑frontends.
• Familiarity with AI‑native development patterns, including MCP‑based workflows for extensibility and integration.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or internal developer productivity tools.
