AI Solutions Engineer

Clayton Services is searching for an AI Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead to join a growing and innovative company in Houston, Texas. The AI Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $140,000 - $160,000/year plus bonus

AI Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise-level AI strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable impact across departments
• Lead full lifecycle AI initiatives from concept through deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and leadership
• Oversee integration of AI tools into existing systems and workflows
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI technologies
• Establish performance metrics, track adoption, and measure ROI of AI initiatives
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful user adoption
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on AI capabilities
• Implement governance frameworks addressing data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI use
• Build reporting structures to monitor effectiveness and scalability of AI programs
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

AI Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including automation, predictive analytics, NLP, and LLMs
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects
• Strong program and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

AI Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead Education and Experience:

• 5 - 10+ years of experience in AI, technology implementation, or digital transformation
• Experience leading enterprise-level projects
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with data infrastructure and MLOps environments is a plus
• Background in regulated industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
