Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable policies
- Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Client Support: Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing policy support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry .
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Assist Clients with day to day requests, such as making a payment, making a change on their policies, completing requests, etc.
- Previous experience with Applied EPIC management system is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions.
- Experience with multiple carriers and comparative rating systems
