Entry-Level Account Manager (Campus Marketing)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

We are a global marketing company partnering with leading brands to connect with college audiences across the U.S. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Account Manager to support and manage our nationwide network of Campus Ambassadors.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and communicate with Campus Ambassadors across multiple universities
• Oversee execution of campus marketing campaigns for major brands
• Track performance, ensure campaign quality, and provide feedback
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and reporting with internal teams
• Act as a key point of contact for ambassador support and engagement

• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for marketing, brand engagement, and campus culture
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a team-first mentality

Additional Details:

• No travel required
• Hybrid schedule (3 days/week in our Boston office)
