We are partnering with an international financial services firm to hire a Brand Marketing Manager for their Hong Kong team. You will develop and execute the brand strategy and marketing plan to strengthen brand perception through comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand strategy and annual marketing plan to support business priorities and product launches.
- Lead integrated campaigns (digital, content, events, PR, social, sales collateral) from brief to measurement.
- Manage brand identity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines to ensure consistency across markets and channels.
- Work with external agencies and vendors (creative, digital, PR) to brief, review and deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
- Translate commercial goals into measurable marketing KPIs and report campaign performance and ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Support sales teams with localized demand-generation programs and collateral; coach client-facing teams on brand usage.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in brand/marketing roles, with experience working in or with financial services.
- Strong experience running integrated brand campaigns and working with creative and PR agencies.
- Confident project manager with strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Superior communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
