Website & EDM Manager, IWM - Marketing & Communications (1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and manage website content using Sitecore CMS, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility compliance, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Be responsible for website technical update projects, including CMS system upgrades, daily maintenance, bug fixes, and data automation initiatives, etc.
• Oversee and maintain third-party data integrations for the website, including market data feeds and API connections. Manage vendor and budget to optimize cost-efficiency and service quality.
• Manage end‑to‑end website content updates, including webpage creation and modification using CMS tools and basic coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed).
• Act as the Sitecore CMS expert within the organization, providing technical and operational support to internal teams and resolving issues.
• Oversee EDM systems and contact list databases; support campaign setup, execution, tracking, and UAT activities.
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all website and EDM system projects to ensure quality and functionality.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Institutions / University graduate, preferably majoring in Communications, Information Systems, Marketing or other related disciplines.
• Minimum three years' working experience in website and EDM management, preferred in financial industry.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Sitecore or similar CMS platforms, website management, and front‑end coding (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Proven experience leading CMS or digital platform upgrade projects, including stakeholder coordination and testing management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments and guide stakeholders on digital best practices.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Contract period: 1-year
