Sedus France is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow our strategic key accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for our key clients, combining relationship-building with commercial savvy to drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
· Own and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts
· Identify new opportunities and potential new key accounts
· Identify and act on sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
· Present tailored solutions and negotiate contracts
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors
· Coordinate with internal teams (Workspace Design, Project & Product Management, Customer Service, Operations)
· Maintain CRM data and report on performance
What We’re Looking For
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
· Empathy, enthusiasm, and solution-oriented thinking
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and self-organization abilities
· Team player with solid sales and industry knowledge
· Main language French, fluent in English
