Job Title: Sr Data Engineer with GenAI

Position: Senior Software Engineer

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Main location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full Time

Essential skills:

  • Looking for a Data Engineer to analyze new data system requirements and implement efficient data migration models.
  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions using advanced models for use cases like text generation, summarization, and personalization.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, model training, and deployment, with strong programming skills in Python and experience in frameworks like LangChain, MCP Servers,
  • Hands on experience working with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering.
  • Develop frameworks, libraries, and templates to enable consistent and efficient creation of feature pipelines across teams.
  • Define, document, and enforce standards for data schemas and pipeline development.
  • Guide Management Information Systems (MIS) teams in implementing reliable feature pipelines and robust data validation mechanisms.
  • Own and manage the processes for feature registration, discovery, lineage, and versioning.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles,

Strong programming skills in Python, with experience building scalable data pipelines.

Hands-on expertise with Apache Spark / PySpark and SQL for large-scale data processing.

Solid background in data analysis, performance optimization, and tuning of distributed data systems.

Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.

Understanding of performance engineering and data platform scalability.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of data governance, security, lineage, and compliance in enterprise environments.

Contributions to open-source data projects or cloud data migration tools.

Strong knowledge data architecture in banking domain.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Outstanding problem solver.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Python,
