Indexed description

PDP is Plarium’s unified internal data platform - the backbone for analytics, AI products, and data-driven decisions across all studios. As Data PM, you’ll own the integration lifecycle: scoping new studio onboardings, managing external data provider relationships, defining requirements, unblocking technical issues, and keeping engineering, data, and business stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integrations with 1–2 game studios, including coordination with external data providers and internal engineering teams.
  • Define event schemas, pipeline requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor integration health post-launch and drive issue resolution.
  • Actively use AI tools for research, documentation, communication, and analysis, while contributing to shared AI workflows and best practices.
  • Serve as the main PM point of contact for studio tech leads and engineering managers, while providing clear updates to business stakeholders.
  • Identify integration friction points and contribute to tooling, process, and roadmap improvements.
  • Write clear specs, requirement documents, and integration playbooks.

What we expect

  • 2+ years of PM experience - ideally technical or data-adjacent.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration, APIs, event pipelines, or data platform products.
  • You regularly use AI tools in your work, and you’re excited to go deeper.
  • Strong written and verbal communication - clear specs and leading a tense alignment call with equal ease.
  • Solid stakeholder management across engineering, business, and external partners.
  • High ownership - you close loops, track follow-ups, and deliver without constant reminders.
  • Hungry to learn - you don’t wait for things to be handed to you.

Desired

  • Experience in multi-studio or multi-customer environments.
  • Background in gaming, SaaS, or data platform companies.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, Kafka, Airflow, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams.
