Our client is a VC-backed, category-defining ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered.


With strong funding and rapid expansion underway, they are hiring high-performing AEs to drive growth across the General Contractor market.


The Role

This is a true new logo / hunter role. You’ll own net new revenue across General Contractors, leading complex enterprise sales cycles and building long-term strategic partnerships. You’re not just selling software — you’re positioning a transformational solution that sits at the core of project delivery.


What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales: prospect → qualify → close
  • Target and win new General Contractor accounts
  • Build and convert pipeline through outbound and networking
  • Navigate complex deals with 10–20+ stakeholders
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth
  • Maintain strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
  • Build trusted, value-led executive relationships
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets


About You

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience selling into General Contractors / construction
  • Strong hunter-closer mindset
  • Skilled in multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator
  • High integrity, resilience, and strong commercial drive
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
