ISS UK is looking for a talented Software Developer to join their UK IT Department, supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical applications and APIs used across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining applications, APIs, and business logic solutions

• Supporting web, desktop, and mobile applications across the business

• Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

• Integrating data from multiple back-end services and databases

• Supporting software upgrades, debugging, fault finding, and configuration control

• Creating technical specifications, documentation, and test plans

• Collaborating closely with developers, management, and wider business teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core / .NET Framework

• Experience developing and working with REST APIs

• Good SQL skills with SQL Server and Oracle

• Experience supporting and developing scalable applications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A genuine passion for technology and emerging tech trends

Desirable:

• JavaScript

• DevOps exposure

• Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Jira & GitHub

• Maximo / MAS Manage experience
