NOTE: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role supports the SALE of employee benefits to organizations.

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with the utmost professionalism and timeliness
- Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
- Process endorsements for clients.
- Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Support designated staff.
- Review and respond to renewal activities.
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
- Always protect the best interest of both the company and the customer.
- Experienced - The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the sale of employee benefits
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
- Licensed – Current license required.
- Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
- Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Active license appropriate to the line of business is required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
