Compensation: $90,000-100,000 base + uncapped commission (Up to 50%) + profit sharing

Their legal and regulatory recruiting division is strategically expanding its Boston market presence and seeking a senior-level legal search professional to help lead and scale the platform locally.
Role Overview
- Build and run a full 360 legal executive search desk across business development, recruiting, and account management
- Develop relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments
- Execute searches for attorneys, partners, and senior in-house legal leadership
- Build long-term client and candidate pipelines within legal markets
- Partner with internal research and delivery infrastructure to scale production
- Help establish and grow the legal recruiting brand presence within the Boston market
- Opportunity to hire, develop, and manage a future legal recruiting team
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10+ years of executive search/direct hire recruiting experience with recent specialization in legal recruiting or attorney search
- Running a true 360 desk (BD, Recruiting, Account Management). Candidates with Delivery/Recruiting only will not be a fit.
- Consistent annual production: ~$600K+ preferred for senior hires
- Strong business development and client ownership capabilities
- Experience placing: Attorneys, Partners, In-House Counsel | Compliance or Regulatory professionals
- Leadership or player-coach experience strongly preferred
