About the Company

Our client is a confidential, Y Combinator–backed vertical AI company transforming how home services businesses convert demand into revenue. Home services is a $500B+ industry — and more than 95% of revenue flows through call centers where missed calls and operational chaos cause massive revenue leakage. Their platform answers 100% of inbound calls with real-time Voice AI, automates outbound engagement across calls/SMS, and orchestrates scheduling through deep CRM integrations. Backed by $37M from a tier-1 venture firm, they've grown from ~15 to ~70 employees and are scaling rapidly. The client's name will be disclosed upon interview.

About the Role

We're placing Product Engineers — generalist full-stack builders who thrive at the intersection of engineering, product, and real-world operational impact. You'll ship features end-to-end across a fast-expanding platform, working directly with founders to solve high-stakes problems for thousands of technicians, CSRs, and operators.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end — design, build, launch, measure, and iterate
• Build real-time AI-driven user experiences, backend services, and data workflows
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements through rapid iteration
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, FDEs, and GTM teams
• Hold a high bar for testing, reliability, and operational excellence
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and ruthlessly prioritize impact

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

$170,000 – $250,000 / yr
