Senior Archer Developer (RSA Archer)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Archer Developer with strong experience in the RSA Archer platform to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role will partner closely with business, risk, compliance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Archer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Archer Development & Configuration

• Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications supporting various GRC use cases
• Build and manage core platform components including:
• Data models (applications, records, fields)
• Workflows, notifications, and calculations
• Questionnaires, reports, and dashboards
• Develop and maintain custom objects and complex data structures within Archer

Integrations & Data Management

• Design and implement integrations between Archer and external systems using APIs and data feeds
• Support data imports, transformations, and synchronization across systems
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across environments

Platform Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, QA, and production environments
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and system governance

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with risk, audit, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide guidance on Archer capabilities and recommend process improvements
• Support multiple GRC use cases such as risk management, compliance tracking, audit management, and issue tracking

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain technical documentation and system designs
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer development and configuration
• Strong understanding of Archer architecture, data models, and platform capabilities
• Experience with:
• Archer configurations (workflows, data feeds, reports, etc.)
• Custom object development
• API-based integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
