- Lead and execute strategic sales plans, including setting targets, tracking performance, and communicating progress to C-level leadership.
- Serve as the primary account leader, building strong customer relationships while aligning solutions to client business objectives and market needs.
- Manage and develop a remote field team, including performance management, goal setting, and driving overall sales results.
- Drive business growth through account management, pricing strategy, negotiations, and identifying new opportunities in the market.
- Monitor industry trends and customer dynamics to adapt strategies, support product positioning, and contribute to long-term business and brand development.
- Available for travel across the United States on a regular basis (50% minimum)
- Experience: 6+ years in sales, 5+ years in account management, and 8+ years in the automotive industry.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
- Technical & Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive lubricants and how they serve dealership fixed operations.
- Sales & Strategy Skills: Proven success developing sales strategies, leading direct reports, managing complex negotiations, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Tools & Execution: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
