Job Description

Responsible for marketing promotion for games published in the MENA region. Develop and execute promotion strategies tailored to regional market characteristics, local user behaviors, cultural and religious events, and patch content. Continuously enhance product influence, drive user engagement and brand reputation, and achieve regional distribution targets.

1. Regional Marketing: Contribute to user insight analysis, identification of key selling points, and creative marketing planning for core games in the MENA region. Oversee the implementation of marketing projects aligned with patch updates, local festivals, and brand promotion needs. Manage schedules, material preparation, resource allocation, and execution progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

2. Creator/KOL Ecosystem Operation: Expand and maintain the local KOL/creator pool, output clear cooperation briefs, and follow up on the quality of content production; iterate the localized creator incentive system to ensure accurate implementation of marketing actions and improve content productivity and conversion efficiency.

3. Local Event/Cross-border Cooperation Support: Connect with MENA regional and headquarters teams to assist in the delivery of regional events and the achievement of brand, content, IP, and other cooperation; link internal and external resources to ensure efficient implementation of cross-team cooperation.

4. Market Insight and Localized Creativity: Continuously pay attention to the social media ecosystem (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube, etc.), market trends, player preferences, and competitor dynamics in the MENA region, and provide compliant localized creative suggestions for the team.

5. Content Ecosystem Construction: Explore lightweight content production models such as UGC/AI creation to reduce the threshold for creation; pay attention to local content trends, try new schemes (such as reuse of English materials, local KOC content), and provide content support for regional growth.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in game marketing/overseas distribution. Those with experience in MENA or emerging market projects are preferred.

2. Gaming Literacy: Passionate about the gaming industry, with in-depth experience in at least 3-6 mainstream mobile games, PC games, or console games. Those with in-depth experience in GTA-like games are preferred.

3. Core Competencies:

● Possess excellent teamwork, communication, project management, and pressure resistance abilities, with a macro perspective, strong execution, and attention to implementation details;

● Strong self-motivation, serious and responsible in work, with keen market insight and fast learning ability;

● Understand the cultural compliance, religious compliance, and platform policies in the MENA region, and be able to avoid compliance risks in marketing.

4. Language:Good English communication skills, proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

4. 市场洞察与本地化创意:持续关注 MENA 地区社交媒体生态(TikTok/Instagram/YouTube 等)、市场趋势、玩家偏好及竞品动态,为团队提供合规的本地化创意建议

5. 内容生态建设:探索 UGC/AI 创作等轻量化内容生产模式,降低创作门槛;关注本地内容趋势,尝试新方案(如英文素材复用、本地 KOC 内容),为区域增长提供内容支撑。


Job Requirements

1. 学历与经验:本科及以上学历,3 年及以上游戏市场 / 海外发行相关工作经验,有 MENA 或新兴市场项目经验者优先。

2. 游戏素养:热爱游戏行业,深入体验至少 3-6 款主流手游 / PC / 主机游戏,有 GTA-like 类游戏深度体验者优先。

3. 核心能力

● 具备优秀的团队协作、沟通、项目管理与抗压能力,拥有宏观视野与强执行力,关注执行细节;

● 自我驱动力强,工作认真负责,具备敏锐的市场洞察力与快速学习能力;

● 了解 MENA 地区文化合规、宗教合规及平台政策,能在营销中规避合规风险。

4. 语言能力:具备良好的英语沟通能力,掌握阿拉伯语者优先。
