Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager with strong expertise in KOL and influencer marketing to manage integrated campaigns for clients. You will develop influencer strategies, manage client accounts, and execute impactful social media and PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOL / influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs, influencers, and content creators
- Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, negotiation, content, publishing, reporting)
- Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and clients
- Serve as key account contact and ensure smooth project delivery
- Support integrated social media, PR, and influencer campaigns
- Plan and execute influencer events and activations
- Prepare campaign proposals and pitching materials
- Monitor performance and provide insights and optimization
- Conduct market and influencer trend research
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer management, social media, PR, or agency account servicing
- Strong interest in social media and influencer culture
- Experience with platforms such as Instagram, Douyin, TikTok, Meta, or 小紅書 is a plus
- Strong communication, pitching, and client servicing skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate KOL /Influencer Marketing Manager Manager
