Your Mission & Key Priorities

  • Brand Campaign Visionary: Envision and architect integrated brand campaigns that don’t just meet objectives, but redefine what’s possible for digital banking in Hong Kong. Lead creative ideation and direction for all public-facing communications—print, digital, social, and video—setting a new creative benchmark for the category. Inspire teams and partners to create bold, culture-driving work that’s unmistakably ZA.
  • AI Marketing Leadership: Pioneer the adoption of AI-powered marketing, unlocking new levels of personalization, automation, and impact—turning insights into unforgettable customer experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI, predictive analytics, and content intelligence into every campaign and lifecycle communication. Position ZA Bank as an innovation leader by envisioning how AI can not only optimize, but transform, our marketing game.
  • Customer Journey Orchestration: Re-imagine the end-to-end customer journey, championing seamless, emotionally resonant experiences that delight at every stage. Turn customer insights, pain points, and moments of truth into actionable, business-driving strategies—making ZA the most loved brand in the market. Be the customer’s voice in every strategic forum, ensuring our promise is felt in every interaction.
  • Social Marketing Excellence: Shape ZA Bank’s social presence into the most engaging, buzzworthy, and authentic in Hong Kong banking. Set the pace on social content, influencer partnerships, and real-time engagement—turning trends into brand moments and customers into advocates. Envision social as an engine for brand love, not just awareness—creating content that people want to share and talk about.
  • Marketing Events & Partnerships: Imagine and execute signature events, pop-ups, and collaborations that make headlines and bring our brand to life—on the street, online, and in culture. Forge breakthrough partnerships with creators, startups, and brands that expand our reach and cultural relevance. Lead the team in designing immersive, memorable experiences that create lasting business and brand impact.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to see the big picture, anticipate trends, and set a bold agenda for brand and marketing.
  • Creative Leadership: Hands-on experience leading creative ideation, developing briefs, and guiding teams/agencies to award-worthy work.
  • Experience: 6+ years in brand management, integrated marketing, or customer experience—ideally in digital-first, high-growth environments.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect brand, campaign, and customer strategy to business KPIs and commercial outcomes.
  • Customer Obsession: Relentless focus on customer insights and experience; turns feedback into action that surprises and delights.
  • AI & Digital Fluency: Comfortable with AI-driven marketing tools, analytics, and martech; ready to push boundaries.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; confident presenting to senior leaders and external partners.
  • Project Management: Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Social DNA: Deep understanding of social platforms, influencer culture, and digital trends in Hong Kong.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.


Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme
