- Assist to develop and implement end-to-end regular and ad-hoc product promotion campaigns for insurance products across channels. Ensure campaign concepts align with product value propositions, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., distribution channels, Finance, Underwritings, Operations, IT) to ensure timely and compliant launch and success of customer campaigns. Continuously review, streamline, and enhance campaign processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency, reduce friction, and improve effectiveness.
- Ensure all customer entitlements are processed accurately and within defined timelines. Handle customer and channel enquiries, and appeal requests related to campaign promotion.
- Prepare and review customer-facing and internal promotion materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and customer-centric communication. Maintain strong working relationships with distribution channels, ensuring campaigns are well-understood and effectively promoted.
- Conduct ongoing campaign performance analysis, including tracking KPIs, and sales performance. Provide timely insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision‑making and future campaign improvements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform future campaign design and product promotion strategies.
- University degree holder graduate, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
- Preferably with experience in financial industry.
- At least 5 years of work experience in similar capacity.
- Highly self‑motivated, independent, proactive, and agile, with a strong sense of ownership in driving tasks to completion.
- Strong project management capability, with proven experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder and cross‑departmental initiatives.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify enhancement opportunities and adapt effectively to change.
- Excellent relationship management, planning, execution, and analytical skills, supporting effective collaboration and decision‑making.
- Good knowledge of life insurance products, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and dashboarding tools to support performance tracking and insights generation will be an advantage.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for analysis, reporting, and campaign management workflows.
