We’re partnering on a high-growth service division build-out in South Florida that’s actively expanding its client-facing and revenue team under new leadership.

This is not a narrow estimating role—and not a pure project coordination seat.

It’s a hybrid Account Manager / Estimator / Service Project Owner role built for someone who wants to own the full lifecycle:

👉 Client relationships

👉 Pricing & estimating responsibility

👉 Proposal development

👉 Field execution alignment

⚡ What You’ll Own

• Manage and grow commercial electrical service accounts
• Estimate small-to-mid-size service projects end-to-end
• Build clear, client-ready proposals with strong scope + margin protection
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure clean execution
• Track job progress, materials, and delivery performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in electrical construction, estimating, or service/project management
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and field operations
• Hands-on estimating experience (Accubid or similar preferred)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships + pricing responsibility
• Strong communication skills (proposal writing is a key part of the role)
• Comfortable operating independently in a high-ownership environment

⭐ Nice to Have

• Journeyman or Master Electrical License
• Prior experience in commercial service divisions or maintenance contracting
• Background blending estimating + account management

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $100K – $120K base salary (DOE)
