The Role

We're hiring a Commercial Account Manager to support our growing book of commercial real estate clients. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for our insureds, managing renewals, certificates, endorsements, and policy servicing while working closely with our producers and carriers to deliver the responsive service our clients expect.


What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of commercial property and casualty accounts (real estate focus)
  • Prepare and process ACORD applications, submissions, and supplemental forms
  • Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and respond to certificate requests
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, audits, and renewal marketing
  • Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps
  • Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on coverage questions and claims support

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial-only account management experience. Commercial P&C is required; personal lines experience does not count toward this requirement.
  • Proficiency with ACORD forms and Certificates of Insurance
  • Active P&C insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience with agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar a plus)
  • Familiarity with commercial property and real estate insurance is strongly preferred

$55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
