About the Role


We are looking for an International Key Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with major international rental partners. The role drives annual negotiations, ensures delivery performance across Stellantis brands, and secures alignment between commercial, operational and financial stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the yearly short-term rental business plan, defining volumes, mix and financial parameters across brands and markets.
  • Lead negotiations and manage annual agreements with the five global short-term rental customers.
  • Ensure flawless execution of production, PDI, shipment and upfitting plans in cooperation with NSCs and internal teams.
  • Monitor financial governance.
  • Coordinate client request with after‑sales teams.


Main Activities


  • Build detailed commercial offers.
  • Prepare and update yearly agreements and International Frame Agreements in cooperation with legal departments.
  • Negotiate monthly in‑fleet plans balancing production capacity, logistics flows.
  • Track production status, shipment timing, upfitting, PDI completion.
  • Coordinate NSC ordering.


Our requirements


  • Engineering or Economic Master Degree is preferable
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in automotive industry)
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities
  • Good financial understanding (budgeting, costing, residual values, SOX)
  • Ability to manage complex operations in a fast‑paced, international environment
  • Problem‑solving mindset and resilience in managing operational criticalities
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Willingness to travel on business
