The Operations Account General Manager leads the setup, launch, and delivery of projects from start to finish. The role works closely with clients to define goals, manage budgets and resources, and build strong long-term relationships. You will lead project teams, track performance and KPIs, and ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. The role also focuses on solving issues, improving performance, communicating with clients, and coordinating projects across multiple locations when needed.

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for an experienced Operations Account General Manager!

  • Define project scope and objectives together with clients
  • Lead the setup, launch, and delivery of projects end-to-end
  • Manage budgets, resources, and overall project planning
  • Act as the main client contact and build strong relationships
  • Track KPIs, goals, and overall project performance
  • Build and manage project teams, including task allocation and onboarding
  • Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all project milestones
  • Communicate regularly with clients and resolve issues quickly
  • Monitor results and take actions to improve performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team
  • Prepare and share regular performance reports with clients
  • Support hiring and coordinate training needs when required
  • Coordinate projects across multiple locations when needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English
