Responsibilities:
- Holistic support and expansion of the partner business in the assigned countries/regions
- Market analyses and acquisition of new strategic sales/service partners
- Development of technical and application solutions for the assigned partners/countries
- Introduction and maintenance of communication tools with our partners: Score-card, Rolling Forecast, Offer Tracking, Partner Teams Channel and Lead Following and Assignment
- Regular reports and implementation of monthly or bi-monthly review calls with the TOP partners
- Close cooperation and coordination with the respective, regionally responsible sales colleagues in the above-mentioned countries.
- Application support, offer preparation (selection/configuration) for the assigned partners/countries/regions in close cooperation with the Inside Sales Partner Manager
- Participation in national/international trade fairs and meetings, in collaboration with our Partners
- Training of partners to ensure they are effective in product offerings, sales procedures, technical applications and supporting the continuous development of partner expertise
- Joint visits with the partners to target customers
- Drawing up and monitoring partner contracts
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Close co-operation with marketing and use/application of marketing tools
- Engineering degree, preferably in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience with electrical and mechanical drive technology
- Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) beneficial
- Understanding of CRM system, preferably Salesforce, preferred
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Knowledge of written and spoken English
- Growth-orientated, strategic thinking and approach
- Confident in dealing with customers on the phone, via Teams and on site
- Travel up to 50%
