What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain your own book of business
- Develop relationships with customers and carriers
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers and drivers
- Provide timely updates and exceptional customer service
- Solve problems quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Work closely with a high-energy, team-oriented group
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
- Logistics or sales experience preferred
- Business degree preferred
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Expected OTE: $70K–$150K+
