Senior Account Executive — EMEA
Indexed description
We are a lean, focused team. This is not a role for someone who needs a large support infrastructure behind them. It is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership, a compelling product story, and the chance to help build something meaningful in the retail technology space.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through to commercial negotiation and close, without heavy internal support.
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise retail brands across the EMEA region, with particular focus on the UK market.
- Engage confidently with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Retail leadership, positioning NewStore as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
- Bring a consultative, insight-led approach to every conversation: understand a prospect's business deeply before presenting solutions.
- Collaborate with our Solutions Engineering team and our SVP, Sales on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Contribute pipeline intelligence, competitive insights, and account strategy to the broader go-to-market team. Leverage AI tools to improve sales processes and drive efficiency
- Represent NewStore at industry events, trade shows, and in-store visits, acting as a credible voice in the retail transformation conversation.
- Enterprise-level deals with multi-year contracts and meaningful ACV. These are strategic, board-level investments for our customers.
- Complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees spanning IT, Operations, and Retail leadership. You will need to build consensus across functions, not just win one champion.
- Longer sales cycles that reward patience, rigour, and relationship-building over quick wins.
- A blended revenue model combining committed subscription and consumption-based components. Our commission structure is designed to reward you meaningfully at signing.
- Territory: UK-primary with broader EMEA coverage.
- 5–7 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience, with a quota-carrying, closing role throughout.
- Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals independently. You know how to navigate a buying committee.
- Executive presence: you are comfortable and credible in conversations with C-suite and VP-level buyers from day one.
- Hungry and coachable. You are on your second or third role and motivated by ownership and impact, not by the size of the infrastructure around you.
- Comfortable with a longer sales cycle and a commission structure that rewards at signing: you think in quarters, not weeks.
- Experience selling into retail, retail-adjacent, or commerce verticals is a genuine plus, though not a hard requirement.
- Based in the UK; comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Our diversity is our greatest strength. Our team comprises over 40 nationalities, fostering a melting pot of unique perspectives, cultural experiences, and innovative ideas. Join us in our mission to bring the joy back to retail.
