Account Executive (US)

You will own end-to-end sales processes from intro call through to close and onboarding for some of the coolest technical companies (existing customers incl. Monday.com, Grafana, n8n, Logitech and over 200 others). We’re big believers in not handing off an account to someone else after as there’s a ton of opportunity to work with a company and help them solve more problems with kapa beyond what we start off with.
We’re the “first” AI tool for a lot of our customers, so a strong interest in AI and the ability to communicate technical topics like RAG are a must (we’ll help teach you though!).
Comp is uncapped, so if you crush + build your own pipeline you can make a ton more than OTE.
Requirements
- Based in New York (we just opened an office!)
- 3+ years sales experience
- Have sold B2B SaaS products
- Strong interest in AI
- Excited to travel to our Copenhagen hub once per quarter to co-locate with full team :)
