How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Meet or exceed weekly prospecting and sales activity targets
- Handle client engagement
- Understand the communication and mobility needs of business customers
- Present tailored solutions that align with their operational goals
- Account Development
- Develop new accounts and expand existing business relationships
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction
- Handle consultative selling
- Identify pain points and business challenges
- Overcome objections and position AT&T mobility solutions as value-driven investments
- Sales Execution
- Manage pipeline and forecast sales through CRM tools
- Close deals and drive consistent revenue growth
- Two to five years of experience in B2B and/or outside sales
- Direct experience selling AT&T mobility solutions (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or field-based role
- Reliable transportation for in-person sales activities, when required
- Strong organizational skills to manage a full sales pipeline
