JD for AI/ML engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.)
- Build Python-based AI solutions for performance insights and automation
- Work with data engineers to prepare and process large datasets
- Design and implement model pipelines, APIs, and scalable ML systems
- Integrate LLMs and AI frameworks (RAG, prompt engineering, vector search)
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and relevance
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainability
Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, or recommendation systems
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and APIs
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.)
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
