Title: AI / ML Engineer

JD for AI/ML engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.)
• Build Python-based AI solutions for performance insights and automation
• Work with data engineers to prepare and process large datasets
• Design and implement model pipelines, APIs, and scalable ML systems
• Integrate LLMs and AI frameworks (RAG, prompt engineering, vector search)
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and relevance
• Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainability

Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and APIs
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.)
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
