Location: London 2 days p/week in the office (4 day working week)


Salary: Up to £80k


AI Product Engineer (UX-Focused) – Would you like the opportunity to work for a specialist software company who are building secure, mission-critical collaboration and AI-driven systems for organisations operating in highly sensitive environments? This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience who enjoys highly product focused positions and has a passion for UX.


As an AI Product Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping to shape the next generation of intelligent tools for defence and national security users. The role is highly product-focused: you’ll work directly with end users in operational environments and develop AI capabilities that deliver real-world impact.


Requirements:


  • Experience building AI-powered products end-to-end
  • Strong grounding in UX / human-centred design
  • Comfortable working in secure, complex, or regulated environments
