The Role:

You'll be the bridge between raw data and intelligent applications. One day you're designing scalable data pipelines in Snowflake and Airflow. The next, you're architecting GenAI solutions with LLMs and RAG systems. You'll build the foundations that make AI possible – and then build the AI that transforms the business.

What You'll Do:

• Build end-to-end data & AI platforms from concept to production
• Design pipelines (Airflow, Snowflake) that feed intelligent applications
• Develop GenAI/LLM services, agents, and intelligent automations
• Leverage AWS/Azure (S3, Lambda, ECS, OpenAI APIs) for scalable solutions
• Own the full stack: data ingestion → transformation → AI deployment
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps best practices and CI/CD workflows
• Ensure quality, governance, and security in a regulated environment

You Bring:

• 3+ years in data engineering, AI/ML, or platform development
• Strong Python & SQL skills – you're equally comfortable with both
• Experience with modern data stacks (Airflow, Snowflake, dbt) AND AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Cloud expertise (AWS or Azure) and container technologies
• Pragmatic mindset: you ship MVPs, then scale them
• Strong spoken German & English – this is essential
• EU work authorization
