The Role
- Build and maintain robust backend services for critical EHR integrations
- Onboard new integrations and enhance operational reliability of systems
- Collaborate closely with product managers on solution design and delivery
- Actively participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Independently deliver well-scoped features with guidance
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs effectively to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in backend development
- Strong hands-on experience building backend services (4+ years)
- Proficiency in C# and TypeScript
- Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven/messaging platforms
- Experience designing, building, or supporting system integrations
