Fullstack Engineer (Java/ Kotlin, Go & React)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with a strong backend foundation inJava and Spring, along with modern frontend development experience(preferably inReact, but not mandatory). You will be joining an international, crossfunctional product team that is building a scalable, multi-tenant, multilingual travel platform serving high traffic and high availability requirements.

This is a long-term, feature-rich platform that integrates with complex internal systems and third-party providers. You will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to system architecture decisions, and take part in end-to-end product delivery—from concept to deployment.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services usingJava, Spring Boot,Kotlinand/orGo
• Build responsive, accessible UIs usingReact
• Design and implement RESTful APIs; integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly
• Work on high-performance, multi-tenant, cloud-based systems
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and UX designers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, retrospectives
• Contribute to technical design, architectural discussions, and continuous improvements
• Ensure quality through automated testing (unit/integration/E2E), code quality checks, and observability
• Work in a DevOps-enabled environment: CI/CD, containers, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools

Our Requirements

• 5+ years of backend experience with Java and Spring
• Frontend experience with Reactor similar JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular,etc.)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments
• Proficient with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Comfortable in cross-functional, collaborative teams and product-driven development
