Senior GoLang Developer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join a high-impact project focused on building and scaling a business-critical production management system within the automotive industry.

The platform supports the full manufacturing lifecycle — from material intake, warehouse operations, campaign handling, and production, all the way to shipping. It is already successfully deployed across multiple factories, with a significant number of new rollouts planned, making scalability, reliability, and performance key priorities.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and stabilizing existing integration processes (error handling, reliability improvements)
• Developing and maintaining communication via BAPI interfaces
• Designing and implementing new integration features and extensions
• Collaborating closely with developers, integration specialists, and business analysts
• Writing and maintaining high-quality automated tests with strong coverage standards
• Monitoring and optimizing communication between distributed systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Software Development
• Strong experience with Golang and Python (senior level)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows and Docker
• Expertise in cloud environments
• Proven ability to work with high-load, distributed systems
• Strong focus on code quality, including maintaining 90%+ test coverage
• Knowledge of system integration and troubleshooting complex data flows
• Fluent Polish and English required
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with distributed application runtimes (Dapr)
• Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., SAP)
• Background in large-scale industrial or manufacturing systems
