Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint development. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in SailPoint customization, connector troubleshooting, workflow management, and enterprise security integrations across distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and support SailPoint IAM solutions across enterprise environments
• Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors and integrations
• Create and manage advanced workflows, forms, rules, policies, and certifications
• Build, release, and import Identity Access related changes across environments
• Manage UAT and Production deployments and support release activities
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth IAM operations
• Support federation and authentication technologies including SAML and related security frameworks
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and provide advanced technical support
• Participate in Agile development and delivery processes

Must Have Skills:

• Strong development experience in SailPoint
• Advanced knowledge of IAM technologies and distributed enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint customization:
• Rules (BeanShell/Java)
• Workflows
• Forms
• Policies
• Certifications / Access Reviews
• Experience in troubleshooting and configuring SailPoint connectors
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and advanced troubleshooting
• Experience with Identity technologies and application integrations
• Experience with security access systems in enterprise and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Federation, SAML, and related IAM concepts
• Experience working with Active Directory and SAP integrations
• Experience managing UAT and Production deployments

Good to Have:

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory and/or LDAP
• Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CCIE Security
