Software Engineer (Nomad) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer (Nomad), you will manage workload orchestration using the HashiCorp stack. You will be responsible for running containerized and non-containerized workloads in diverse environments, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high availability.

What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and manage production-grade HashiCorp Nomad clusters.
• Configure and maintain Consul for service discovery and configuration across the infrastructure.
• Implement secure secret management and data protection using HashiCorp Vault.
• Orchestrate mixed workloads, including Docker containers and non-containerized applications.
• Optimize workload placement, scaling, and resource allocation within the Nomad ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Nomad into automation workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing production-grade HashiCorp Nomad clusters.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Consul for service discovery and configuration.
• Hands-on experience implementing secure secret management and data protection using HashiCorp Vault.
• Strong background in orchestrating mixed workloads, including Docker and non-containerized applications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
