Software Engineer (GitLab CI) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in GitLab CI, you will implement and manage CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows on the GitLab platform. You will ensure the reliability and security of the delivery pipeline, enabling development teams to release high-quality code with speed and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage and optimize GitLab runners for efficient build and deployment processes.
• Integrate automated security scanning and compliance checks into the integrated platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize DevSecOps practices and pipeline configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to pipeline execution and environment consistency.
• Ensure the high availability and performance of the GitLab CI infrastructure.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows on the GitLab platform.
• Proficiency in managing GitLab runners, designing complex pipelines, and optimizing build processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating security scanning and compliance tools into automated pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
