Founding Technical Partner (Full-Stack & LLM) – Equity

The Mission at Dashello

At Dashello, we believe business owners shouldn't be paralyzed by data. We are building a platform to help 1 million business owners simplify their metrics so they can make faster decisions and scale their companies.

The Situation

We are two creative, non-coding founders who have pushed this as far as we can. We’ve used AI agents to build out a full-stack foundation, and while the core functionality is built, it’s a "founder-coded" codebase.

We won’t tell you the code is clean—it’s functional, but it needs a professional eye to hook the front end to the back end, refine the logic, and ensure it’s ready for the world. We are looking for a Technical Founder to join us as a true partner, take ownership of this stack, and clean up the "mess" into a scalable product.

The Technical Requirements

We need a partner who can "fully code" and move fast. You’ll be responsible for:

• The Bridge: Connecting our existing front-end to the back-end (React, Node.js, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Github).
• The Intelligence: Implementing and tuning LLMs to power our data-simplification engine.
• The Stores: Packaging and deploying the app for iOS/Android (App Stores) and Desktop (Mac/Windows).
• Refinement: Taking AI-generated code and hardening it for production.

Compensation

• Co-founder / Partner Level Equity.
• Note: This is a sweat-equity/founding partner position. You are joining two founders who are fully committed to the vision and looking for the right technical leader to complete the team.
