Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (C#) with ASP.NET Core on the backend and React (TypeScript/JavaScript) on the frontend within a service-based architecture.
- Collaborate within a team of C# .NET developers, while taking responsibility to be self-directed.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
- Build and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework Core, ensuring performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Design and implement agentic software solutions, including AI-driven tooling for both development and business workflows.
- Create custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and plugins to enhance operational and analytic AI capabilities.
- Collaborate directly with business domain experts to gather requirements, define problems, and deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain business processes, including data pipelines, developer-facing infrastructure, and production workflows.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices, with focus on agentic AI, LLM integration, and modern full-stack techniques.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, closely related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industry-recognized, progressive, and relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of modern C# .NET development.
- Full-stack experience, with proficiency in ASP.NET Core, React, and Entity Framework Core.
- Demonstrated experience with agentic software development patterns, including building AI-driven workflows.
- Proven ability to build custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI plugins.
- Experience with the following is a plus: Azure Services including Kubernetes and Service Bus, Azure SQL Server/Snowflake, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps pipelines, Integration with Python/Power BI, and Artifactory.
