Senior ServiceNow Developer (f/m/x)

Join an international project to develop and configure the ServiceNow platform in the areas of ITSM and, in later stages, CSM. The goal is to modernize process logic, migrate existing solutions to Flow Designer and maintain advanced integrations, including with SAP systems. The most interesting aspect of the project is working on complex integration extensions and creating a coherent flow architecture that provides the foundation for future platform solutions.

Your tasks

• Building and maintaining ServiceNow functionality in the ITSM and later CSM areas
• Developing scalable integrations, including with SAP systems, including validation, mapping and error handling
• Developing JavaScript components, including Script Includes, Business Rules and Flow Designer logic
• Analyzing existing workflows and migrating them to Flow Designer using modern flow architecture

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow or enterprise application development
• Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of Glide API and ServiceNow backend components
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and SAP payload transformation
• Practical knowledge of Flow Designer, ITSM and creating repeatable backend logic
• Very good knowledge of English - min. B2 level
• CAD and CIS ITSM (or related) certifications.
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
