Team Lead (Python/Full-stack) Inhouse - Oslo

This role is for a Senior Full Stack Team Lead at a Norway-based company operating within the digital rentals marketplace. The position is full-time and focuses on backend development using Django and Python, alongside managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS. The successful candidate will work closely with a cross-functional product team to design, build, and scale new platform features.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Strong proficiency in Django, Python, and modern web frameworks
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Solid testing experience (unit, integration, regression)
• Familiarity with development workflows (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)
• Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and technical improvements

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Product-oriented mindset
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g., Celery)
• Interest in mentoring and supporting team members
