📊 Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, buyer behavior, and regulatory frameworks (RERA compliance).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
