Title: AI Python Engineer

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract (strong potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Summary

Join a large banking program building LLM-powered applications and AI agents. You will build secure integrations that let LLMs access approved tools and data using Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What you will do

  • Build MCP servers and Python services that expose safe tools and data resources to LLM apps.
  • Integrate LLM workflows with internal APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
  • Support LLM application teams with design, testing, observability, and production hardening.
  • Collaborate on agent orchestration, and optionally retrieval workflows.

Required

  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with MCP and LLM based application development.
  • Understanding of LLM concepts like context, tool calling, evaluation, and safety.

Preferred

  • RAG experience, vector search, embeddings.
  • LangChain and LangGraph experience.
  • UiPath or enterprise automation integration.
